We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Product Expectations (Important)
The material of each product (e.g., genuine leather or PU leather) is clearly specified on the product page. Customers are advised to review the product description carefully before placing an order.
For genuine leather products. Due to its natural characteristics:
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Natural marks, wrinkles, or texture variations are not defects
- Minor variations in shape or finish may be present
For PU leather products:
· Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to manufacturing and display differences
These are inherent features of leather and do not qualify as defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
- For major damage claims, we may request an unboxing video
Defects are limited to:
- Torn or broken leather
- Faulty zippers or hardware
- Major stitching defects
- Incorrect product received
We reserve the right to assess and verify all claims before approving a refund or replacement.
If approved:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference or dissatisfaction:
- Return approval is required
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
In some cases, instead of a return, we may offer:
- A partial refund without requiring the item to be returned
- Store credit for future purchases
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor color differences or texture variations
- Natural leather marks
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds

Return Shipping Fees
