Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

We offer Free Shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.

Order Processing Time:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them from our US warehouse or International warehouse. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-3 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday. Additional time is required for the production of bulk orders of handcrafted bags

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable Zip codes in US, we try to deliver within 7-14 days. But due to unforseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner. If the Orders are shipped out directly from any of our international warehouses it will be 7-25 days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or scraften tracking page.
